How to use
Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine) should be taken orally, approximately an hour before sexual activity. Alcohol and meals with a high fat content can reduce the effect of this medication.

Overdose
If you suspect an overdose of Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine), contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Missed dose
Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine) is only taken when needed, so you are not likely to miss a dose. 

Notes
While taking this medication, you may feel dizzy or light-headed or actually faint when getting up from a lying or sitting position. If getting up slowly doesn't help or if this problem continues, notify your doctor.

Do not take Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine) for any other purpose than prescribed by your physician. Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by this drug. Use of this drug does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis). 
  

Storage
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C), away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Precautions
Talk to your doctor about any allergies you have. Before taking Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine), discuss your medical history, especially with regards to:

• Penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring (e.g., Peyronie's disease)
• History of painful/prolonged erection (priapism)
• Sickle cell anemia
• Blood system cancers (such as leukemia or myeloma)
• Eye problems (retina diseases)
• Kidney or liver disease
• Bleeding disorders
• Active stomach ulcers
• Heart disease
• Stroke
• Very high or low blood pressure

Drug Interactions
Talk to your doctor about any medications you are currently taking, especially:

• Nitrate medication (even if occasionally)
• Alpha blockers

This list is not complete and there may be other drugs that can interact with Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine). Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor.

Side Effects of Super P-Force (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine) may include:

• Increased thirst
• Light headedness
• Nausea
• Dizziness and headaches
• Flushing
• Dyspepsia
• Nasal congestion
• Temporary visual abnormalities (including changes in colour perception, increased sensitivity to light and blurred vision)
• Urinary tract infections
• Temporary heat-rashes

 If you notice any other untypical symptoms, consult your physician.
