How to use

Tadalafil Super Active should be taken orally, as needed, before sexual intercourse. It should be taken with a full glass of water at least half an hour before having sex. Tadalafil Super Active can be used with or without meals, but it is recommended not to take these capsules with fatty foods as they may delay the effects of the medication.

Talk with your doctor first before taking Tadalafil Super Active as you specific situation or health pattern may require you to have a dosage adjustment or you may not be able to take this medication at all. 

Overdose
Symptoms of a Tadalafil Super Active overdose may include:

• Severe dizziness
• Fainting
• Prolonged erection

If you suspect you have taken too much of this medication, you should seek contact your local poison center or alert the emergency medical services immediately.

Missed dose
Tadalafil Super Active is only taken when needed before sexual intercourse. Therefore, you are unlikely to miss a dose.

Notes
Only take Tadalafil Super Active  when prescribed to you by your physician.

Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by Tadalafil Super Active.

Using this medication does not protect you against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g. HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis).

Storage
Store Tadalafil Super Active at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C), away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Precautions
Talk to your doctor about your medical history before taking Tadalafil Super Active. Especially include:

• Any allergies
• Severe liver problems
• Certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa)
• Certain heart problems (e.g. unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat)
• Low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Heart attacks and strokes, especially recent ones

If you suffer or have suffered from any of the above conditions, you may not be able to take Tadalafil Super Active or you may need a dosage adjustment.

Elderly people should use Tadalafil Super Active with caution as they may be more sensitive to its side effects.

Tadalafil Super Active may cause dizziness or drowsiness. It is therefore recommended you do not drive or perform any activities that require alertness until you are sure you can do those things safely.

Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor before taking Tadalafil Super Active, if you are using any of the following medications:

• Nitrates such as Nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Minitran, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro and others), Isosorbide Dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), Isosorbide Mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket) and others
• Alpha blockers (other than Tamsulosin (Flomax) 0.4 mg once a day), such as Doxazosin (Cardura), Guanadrel (Hylorel), Prazosin (Minipress), Terazosin (Hytrin), Alfuzosin (Uroxatral) and others
• Certain recreational drugs called poppers (e.g., Amyl Nitrate, Butyl Nitrate)
• Other medications to treat erectile dysfunction

Taking Taladafil Super Active with any of these medications may cause very low blood pressure, which could result in dizziness, fainting, a stroke, or a heart attack.

This list is not complete and there may be other medications that can interact with Tadalafil Super Active. Tell your doctor about all your prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and medicines prescribed by other doctors. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.

The following mild, common side effects may occur, especially when Tadalafil Super Active is taken in combination with alcohol or certain other medications:

• Dizziness
• Drowsiness
• Fainting
• Blurred vision
• Headache
• Facial flushing
• Upset stomach

Should the following less likely but serious side effects occur, you should seek immediate medical attention:

• An allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue or face, hives)
• Chest pain or irregular heartbeat
• Dizziness, nausea or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness or tingling in the chest, arms, neck or jaw)
• Swelling of the ankles or legs
• Shortness of breath
• Prolonged or severe dizziness
• A prolonged (longer than 4 hours) or painful erection

This is only a partial list of possible side effects and others may occur. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any other side effects than the ones mentioned above, especially if they are bothersome.
