How to use
Tadalafil Professional should be taken orally, about 30 minutes before sexual intercourse. Take it only as directed, usually once a day. This medication should be chewed, not swallowed. If you swallow these pills, the results will be less effective. Please note that if you take Tadalafil Professional after a fatty meal the medication may have little to no effect.

Overdose
Possible symptoms of a Tadalafil Professional overdose include:

• Severe dizziness
• Fainting
• Prolonged erection 

If you suspect you have taken too much of this medication, contact your local poison control center or the emergency medical services immediately.

Notes
Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by Tadalafil Professional.

Using Tadalafil Professional does not protect you against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g. HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis).

This medication is intended for use by men only and should not be used by women or children.

Missed dose
Tadalafil Professional is taken when needed before sexual intercourse, therefore you cannot miss a dose.

Storage
Store Tadalafil Professional at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) and away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Precautions

Discuss you medical history with your doctor before taking Tadalafil Professional. Especially mention:

• Any allergies
• Severe liver problems
• Certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa)
• Certain heart problems (e.g. unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat)
• Low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• A heart attack within the past 90 days
• A stroke within the past 6 months
• If you have been advised by a doctor to avoid sexual activity because of heart problems

If you suffer or have suffered from any of the above you may not be able to take Tadalafil Professional or you may need a dosage adjustment.

Tadalafil Professional may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you are sure you can perform these acitivities safely. Rise slowly from a seating or lying position to avoid going dizzy.

Elderly people may be more sensitive to the side effects of Tadalafil Professional, so caution is advised for anyone in this age group taking this medication.

Drug Interactions

Do not use any of the following medications when also taking Tadalafil Professional:

• Other medicines or treatments for erectile dysfunction
• Nitrates (e.g. Isosorbide, Nitroglycerin) in any form (e.g. tablet, capsule, patch, ointment)
• Nitroprusside
• Certain recreational drugs called poppers (e.g., amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate)

This is only a partial list and other medicines may interact with Tadalafil Professional. Inform your doctor of all prescription and non-prescription medication you are using, including vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal pills and medication prescribed by other doctors. Do not start or stop taking any medication without discussing this with your doctor first.

The following common side effects of Tadalafil Professional may occur:

• Flushing
• Mild dizziness
• Headache
• Nasal congestion
• Diarrhea
• Temporary blue tint in vision or other vision abnormalities
• Itching or rash

Contact your doctor as soon as possible if any of the above side effects persist or worsen.

If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking Tadalafil Professional and notify your doctor straightaway:

• Chest pain or an irregular heartbeat
• Swelling of the ankles or legs
• Shortness of breath
• Prolonged or severe dizziness
• A prolonged (longer than 4 hours) or painful erection
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness or tingling in the chest, arms, neck or jaw)

In rare cases, you may experience an allergic reaction to Tadalafil Professional. Seek immediate medical attention if you have any of the following symptoms of a severe allergic reaction:

• Difficulty breathing
• Closing of the throat
• Swelling of the lips, tongue or face
• Hives
